*Mm, don't think there's many left on Sote, actually. Enough to really call from. I think the idea is to detail Tiamat anyway. So, she's probably incredibly large in her humanoid form, six and a half feet or taller, with aquatic and draconic features on her form. In dragon form, she's probably six to ten feet tall and thirty to forty feet long. She's an intentionally imposing figure, she wants people to fall in line upon seeing her.

*Most dragons left the plane when it became clear they didn't have dominance anymore, Sote probably has no more than a few dozen in its entirety spread out across the planet, hence why Tiamt doesn't bother there.
